Protecting your privacy is important to AT Osborne. This privacy statement describes the measures that are undertaken to protect your privacy and explains your rights within the framework of our mutual business relations, your job application or your work for our company.
Our main activity is by no means based on observing individuals or processing personal data.
However, AT Osborne may have to save and use your contact details or other personal information in order to provide optimal services to its clients. In doing so, we evidently aim to make every effort to respect your privacy. We aim for strict compliance with the new European privacy legislation, the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) which entered into force on May 25, 2018.
AT Osborne only collects and uses personal data provided for specific purposes. We limit ourselves to what is essential. All personal data provided (i.e. data that directly or indirectly is relatable towards you) will serve to support the company’s main activity and will be treated with necessary care and attention.
As part of our contractual commitments, we evidently have to save the contact information that allows us to communicate with our (potential) clients, suppliers and partners. We use this data to strengthen our business relations, submit offers and evaluate services provided.
The personal data provided by you as a client, supplier, partner or colleague is only processed and used within the framework of the assignments entrusted to us, the contracts that bind us and our business relations. This data is never used for any other purpose.

All AT Osborne employees and partners sign a confidentiality clause by which they undertake to treat any personal data to which they have access as part of their position/role as strictly confidential.
AT Osborne implements and maintains appropriate technical, security and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing and use, as well as against accidental loss, destruction damage, theft or disclosure.
Partners or subcontractors that AT Osborne intends to work with, are subjected to an audit of their privacy policies and are informed of their obligations regarding confidentiality and data security. If we provide them with your data, they are only permitted to use it within the framework of the assignment. AT Osborne undertakes to provide you, upon request, with the contact details of any third parties who may receive and process your personal data.
The above personal data is never transferred outside the EU.
You have the right to know what we collect from you. You have the right to view it, correct it or have it deleted entirely.
Any questions concerning the processing of your personal data as well as requests for corrections or erasure may be sent to the data controller in the Netherlands (email@example.com) or Belgium (firstname.lastname@example.org). We will respond to your request within 4 weeks.
We set a data retention period depending on the type of information, after which the collected data is completely and permanently deleted. If you have given your consent for the use of your data, you can withdraw this at any time by contacting the data controller.
If you consider that AT Osborne is not managing your personal data correctly, or if we are not complying with the law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the European Data Protection Authority.
